Hygiene Manager (Days) Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Days Hygiene Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing hygiene practices across the organisation, implementing robust policies, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and a thorough understanding of hygiene protocols.

Hygiene Manager (Days) responsibilities will include:

* Conducting regular audits of hygiene practices across the organisation to identify areas for improvement.

* Training staff on proper hygiene practices, including the correct use of equipment and cleaning tools.

* Collaborating with other departments to foster a culture of cleanliness and safety in the workplace.

* Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability of all necessary items.

* Carrying out hygiene audits, training sessions, and compliance checks for management review.

Hygiene Manager (Days) About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hygiene management and strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hygiene practices. You will be highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The role requires a balance of independence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Relevant qualifications, including COSHH and Food Safety Training, are essential.
