Please note that this is a full‑time role working 8am‑8pm or 8pm‑8am shifts, 38.5 hours per week. Full flexibility is required. £1000 Welcome Bonus!

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will know residents and their families, deliver personalised care plans and lead a team of Care Assistants. You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, administer medication and maintain accurate records.

Ideally you have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification, have a background in person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. You bring positive energy, natural kindness and excellent record keeping and time‑management skills.
