Eastwood Primary Care Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and proficient Clinical Summariser to support our friendly and dynamic team. If you are meticulous to details,hardworking and passionate about providing a high standard ofcare to our patients, we would like to hear from you.
Main duties of the jobWe value precision, attention to detail and being able to work independently while being part of a supportive and patient-focused team. The candidate must have experience in a healthcare setting and be familiar with clinical I.T. systems. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
Main duties include:
Accurately summarising clinical notes and patient records into electronic medical records,ensuring all information is correctly inputted and formatted in compliance with healthcare standards, collaborate with clinicians to clarify any details required for accurate record-keeping, maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations and provide additional administrative support as needed.
We can offer a full-time or a part-time position.

Job responsibilitiesTo process and record accurate data, to maintain qualityinformation in patient records to help meet practice targets. To provide practice support to the QOFframework across a number of domains.
The main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to summarise and read coderelevant information from patients clinical records and clinicalcorrespondence received into the practice computer system, working strictly in accordance with the practice notes summarising protocol.
- GCSE English or above or equivalent, I.T. literacy, use of clinical I.T. systems, experience of healthcare environment, attention to detail and being meticulous, and adherence to strictest confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, working experience in a clinical setting
