You’ll be joining us at our Orthodontic West Bridgford practice in central West Bridgford

Working hours are 40 hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

• Orthodontic Practice - two surgery practice
• Equipped with the latest equipment
• Parking is available

• Salary from £37k+ depending on experience
• Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be :

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
