Job Description:

A busy and well-established GP surgery in Nottingham is seeking an experienced and professional Locum Phlebotomist to join their team. This is an immediate opportunity to work Monday to Friday, with a flexible contract lasting at least two months and potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out venepuncture and other phlebotomy procedures

* Ensuring patient comfort and maintaining confidentiality

* Managing sample collection, labelling, and documentation

* Working with clinical staff to support patient care

Requirements:

* System One trained (essential)

* Previous experience in phlebotomy, ideally within a GP surgery or healthcare setting

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, punctual, and professional

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience and skills)

* Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 01:00 PM

* Parking available at the surgery

* Ongoing locum contract for at least 2 months
