? We are looking for a Group Registered Manager to oversee our Home Instead offices on the East of our Midlands Enterprise Group
, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business expansion.
As a Group Registered Manager
, you will:
- Lead and support Registered Managers to drive business growth and outstanding care.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance
, striving for Outstanding ratings across all territories. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase client numbers and market share
. - Oversee care quality, risk assessments, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams
, fostering a culture of excellence. - Engage with local communities and stakeholders to enhance Home Instead’s presence.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance
, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
You’ll be a motivational leader with a strong track record in care management and business development
.
- Extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams
. - Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to compliance and quality.
- A passion for growing services while maintaining high care standards.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
. - A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
