Framework Housing Association, the lead provider of drug and alcohol treatment within Nottingham City, is offering a unique opportunity to work within a specialised in‑patient detox service.
The role is permanently part‑time, 24 hours a week, split over shifts with occasional weekend work. It is based in the Level, a CQC‑registered facility.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑standard care and support to service users.
- Facilitate evidence‑based therapeutic interventions within a structured programme of recovery.
- Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users.
- Document all interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work from a trauma‑informed standpoint and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Collaborate with the therapy team and attend routine team meetings.
- Ability to form relationships quickly, build trust and rapport.
- Professional boundaries maintained consistently.
- Timely and professional documentation of all interactions.
- Consistent trauma‑informed approach to practice.
- Full induction, e‑learning, classroom training, and management development pathways.
- Fully‑funded professional qualifications.
- Well‑being support, including a dedicated Well‑being Practitioner.
