Key Duties
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.
- Support patients with chronic disease with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
- Up to £55,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working
- 10,000 items
- Heavy services provider
- Keen on IP support
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for patient care and community health.
