Care AssistantHC-One is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. The role is full-time, working day or night shifts from 8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am for 38.5 hours per week, with full flexibility required.
AboutThe Role
We are passionate about kindness and supporting residents to live with dignity and purpose. As a Care Assistant you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, as well as helping with daily activities in the home.
You will deliver care that comes from the heart – ensuring residents never lose their individuality. Whether supporting those with limited mobility, offering comfort or compassionate end-–of-–life care, your focus is on wellbeing first.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility in adult social care. You must be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, take appropriate action, attend safeguarding training and seek advice or report concerns, including escalation when necessary.
About HC-OneKindness is at the heart of everything we do across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. We champion inclusivity and a diverse workforce.
