You will be a critical part of our team, managing and developing the care and office teams and ensuring compliance at all times. You will have exceptional people management and communication skills. This role will require a great deal of flexibility, and you will need to be focussed in achieving operational goals and targets.

- Provide leadership, management and the highest level of support to the Team
- Ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance ensuring they achieve a minimum of a Good CQC inspection.
- Accountable for the Health & Safety of staff and clients; ensuring provision of safe working environments.
- Continued critical review of processes and practice
- Ensure sufficient activity and strategy for the recruitment and retention of care assistants.
- Implementation of training and induction and maintain training records.
- Oversee staff rota and scheduling to safeguard cover of all care calls
- Undertake Care Assistant and Client checks, service reviews, internal audits, annual surveys, risk assessments and support plans
- Participate in on-call rota.
- Record Key Performance Indicators and report to the Director
- To be a key figure in ensuring the business grows sustainably and within commercial targets.
- Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care
- In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
- Management experience of service provision in the care industry
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Right to Work full-time in the UK
- UK/EU driving licence
