Pure Physiotherapy is seeking aClinic Administratorto take ownership of our Nottingham clinic and help us maintain the high standards our patients expect.

Location: Musters Road, Nottingham
A driving licence and access to a car is desirable for travel to other clinic sites

• Monday:9:30 am– 7:00 pm
• Tuesday:8:00 am– 5:30 pm
• Wednesday:9:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday:8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday:11:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Welcome patients and manage check-ins using our clinical system (TM3)
• Handle incoming calls and appointment bookings
• Upload referrals and manage discharge documentation
• Liaise with third-party referral companies
• Support clinical staff with room setup
• Open and close the clinic as required.

• Proven experience in a customer or patient-facing role
• Previous healthcare admin experience is desirable
• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
• Confident working independently and under pressure
• Computer literate with good numeracy and literacy
• Friendly, proactive, and a true team player
