We are actively screening thousands of students globally to identify future finance leaders. This highly selective program is offered in partnership with LMM funds and search funds across major regions including the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and MENA

Only two interns are selected per quarter per geographic region
, ensuring a focused, high‑impact internship experience.

The internship begins with two weeks of rigorous in‑house virtual training led by industry professionals. You’ll build a strong foundation in the core skills used in Private Equity and growth investing, including:

• Capital IQ Pro Access + Academy training with a certificate upon completion
• DCF Valuation
• LBO Basics (Debt + Returns + IRR Drivers)
• Market / Industry Research
• Excel + PowerPoint Best Practices for Deal Work

Top interns are typically placed with:

• Lower Middle Market (LMM) PE firms
• Search Funds
• Hold Co / Operator‑led acquisition platforms
• Small Growth Equity firms
• Family Offices investing directly into private companies

These placements offer the closest real‑world exposure to buy‑side deal work and investing decision‑making.
