Client Services Corporate Actions Analyst - Bournemouth - 9 months contract - ONSITE - PAYE

Salary: £140 per day

We are seeking a Client Services Corporate Actions Analyst in Bournemouth on an initial 9-month contract. Ideally you will have some experience in this area, but we will also consider entry level candidates with strong transferable skills including excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, MS Excel, and numerical skills with a keen interest in financial markets which should be evidenced on CVs.

Training will be provided.

Job Summary

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing mandatory corporate actions events. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. The analyst will need to ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions, while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

What You'll Do
Corporate Actions Processing
  • Manage the life cycle of mandatory corporate actions events, including dividends and interest rate events
Communication and Coordination
  • Provide clear communication with both internal teams, and external agents regarding corporate actions and their implications for clients
Compliance and Reporting
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to corporate actions
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the corporate actions function
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures
What You Bring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic MS Excel including Pivot Tables

This role will be based onsite full time.
