Direct Tax Manager

JSS Tax are hiring for a Direct Tax Manager for a leading retail company based in Nottingham.

This is a full-time permanent role paying circa £60k-£75k plus bonus/benefits package.

The Direct Tax Manager will form part of a high-calibre in-house tax team, and will focus predominantly on corporation tax issues that affect the UK group, including:

• UK corporation tax compliance (preparation and review
• Corporate tax advisory working and responding to tax queries from across the business
• Tax Business Partnering
• Related areas such as BEPS Pillar 2, Corporate interest restriction, SAO
• Ad-hoc tax and finance project work
• Ad-hoc support on other areas of tax

This role would suit a qualified individual (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / CTA etc) with strong UK corporate tax experience (from practice or industry).
