- Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services using modern, technology-enabled tools.
- Manage a substantial portfolio of large corporate clients, including onboarding, engagements, billing, and cash collection.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service delivery and drive improved recoveries.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders at senior levels.
- Work collaboratively with directors and partners on advisory projects and business development.
- Apply excellent risk awareness, adhering to quality control policies and procedures.
- Lead or support special assignments and complex advisory projects as required.
- Coach, supervise, and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Challenge current practices and contribute to innovation and change initiatives.
- Strong and up-to-date technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues.
- Experience managing a profitable portfolio of large corporate clients.
- Background in project management and managing or mentoring staff.
- Proven ability to engage with senior management and build trusted client relationships.
- CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification (or degree-level with relevant experience).
- Demonstrable post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
- A proactive, solutions-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
