Reporting directly to the Group CFO (France) and the UK Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the strategic direction of a growing and ambitious business.
- Lead and inspire a team of five finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial management P&L, Balance Sheet, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements, maintaining strong governance and internal controls.
- Drive performance and profitability through cost control, Cap Ex management, and insightful financial analysis.
- Act as a key business partner, supporting operational and commercial teams to enhance efficiency and deliver sustainable growth.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the planned 2026 site relocation (JCT 26) and other Group transformation projects.
