This key leadership role focuses on driving financial performance, supporting continued growth, and preparing the business for a successful exit while shaping its journey beyond that milestone. The CFO will navigate a complex stakeholder environment—including the Board, private‑equity sponsors, lending banks, and external partners—ensuring rigorous financial controls, robust reporting structures, and full compliance with regulatory and transparency requirements.

As a central figure in the company’s transformation and expansion, you will lead the finance function through day‑to‑day operations, high‑quality, timely reporting, and the embedding of strong KPIs, governance, and financial frameworks that support strategic decision‑making and sustainable growth.

• Experience as a Divisional Finance Director or Financial Controller within a PE‑backed environment, preferably in consumer services or public‑sector partner services.
• Proven expertise managing financial processes and building strong relationships with local authorities.
• Demonstrable transactional experience including acquisitions, integrations, consolidations, and successful private‑equity exits.
• Experience managing multi‑site operations and complex stakeholder relationships.
• A growth‑focused, hands‑on approach with practical experience implementing financial change in regulated environments.
