A PE‑backed technology business is seeking an interim Corporate Development Consultant to support an active M&A agenda. This is a hands‑on execution role, working closely with the CEO, CFO and private equity shareholders.

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of M&A opportunities, from initial assessment through to completion.
• Run and coordinate all due diligence work streams (commercial, financial, legal, technology), ensuring issues and risks are identified, quantified and managed.
• Own all financial modelling and business planning, including valuation, scenarios, synergies and investment cases.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with investment banks, advisors and other external stakeholders.
• Work with the CEO and CFO to support origination efforts, helping to identify, screen and prioritise potential targets.
• Oversee all other aspects of M&A execution as required, ensuring timely, smooth and well‑governed processes.

• Ideal candidates will bring strong M&A / corporate development experience
• Ability to operate autonomously and at pace.
