Financial Controller EMEA

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to take the reins of our EMEA finance operations. This isn't just another reporting role, it's a chance to really make an impact. You’ll gain rare exposure to group-level finance in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS business. You’ll lead the charge in shaping the EMEA regional finance function, driving reporting, compliance, and integration against the backdrop of significant growth.

• Leading the EMEA regional finance function: processes, controls, and reporting.
• Owning monthly reporting for the region, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful packs that help senior leaders make smart decisions.
• Partnering with Group Tax to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Leading M&A finance integration streams for new acquisitions in EMEA, applying IFRS 3, managing purchase price allocations, and embedding new entities into our financial framework.
• Driving process improvement across month-end close, controls, and workflows.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualified experience.
• You've operated as a Financial Controller or senior finance lead in a multinational business with complexity and scale.
• You have hands‑on experience with M&A integration accounting

  , improving processes, and delivering under pressure.
• You can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.
• You're proactive, organised, and thrive in fast-moving environments and have an eye for detail.
