Responsibilities
- Learningandassistingwith stock control, including preparing orders, organising deliveries, and working with online parts systems
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, both in person and over the phone
- Developing a strong knowledge of motor vehicles through full time mentoring from a qualified Parts Advisor
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across other departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer
