Network Engineer Full time permanent 5 days on site in Nottingham

Position Overview As a Network Engineer within Service Operations, you will serve as a critical technical escalation point for diverse client environments. This role involves remote and occasional onsite support, providing advanced troubleshooting across complex networks, server and unified communications systems. You will be responsible for analysing unfamiliar environments, identifying root causes quickly, and delivering high quality technical resolutions while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.

Network Engineers are expected to work collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Ability to handle diverse computing environments across business clients.

Analyse and document unfamiliar Client Server network environments. Perform rapid analysis of networking and unified communications incidents. Provide consulting on applications, best practices, and processes.
