Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Project Engineer to join an innovative team, within a business that creates cutting edge meal solutions into the UK food supply chain, across retail and food service.

This is an opportunity for a Project Engineer with a strong background in overseeing and managing small to medium sized Cap Ex projects.

As a Project Engineer your key responsibilities include:

Managing multiple small to medium Cap Ex projects.
Project budgetary control.
Liaise and work with engineering & production to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Be the main point of contact with business stakeholders, attending meetings both internally and externally.
Contractor management, ensuring all induction documentation is complete and safe and effective working is being adhered to.
Communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

Level 3 qualified in engineering as a minimum.
Strong CAD experience.
Experienced working in a projects-based role and confident working in a standalone capacity.
Fast paced manufacturing experience - FMCG / Food would be a distinct advantage.
