Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Bonus + Company Car + Benefits
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent – Field based.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established specialist contractor and manufacturer of industrial flooring and surfacing systems. The business delivers high‑performance resin flooring solutions into commercial and industrial environments and continues to grow across the East of England.

This role suits a technically minded Sales Engineer who enjoys site visits, managing projects, and building long‑term client relationships.

Manage and grow an existing customer base across a defined territory.

Develop new business opportunities with contractors and end users.

Carry out site surveys and assess project requirements.

Produce and follow up technical quotations and proposals.

Attend project meetings and liaise with internal teams.

Support project planning, RAMS, and installation handovers.

Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline data.

Represent the company at industry events when required.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or sales engineering
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and propose solutions
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience selling or working with flooring systems, resin coatings, cladding, decking, or prefabricated construction materials

• Background in construction, civil engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience selling into contractors, facilities managers, or industrial clients

• Competitive basic salary £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

Location:
