9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

** About the Role
*** You will operate within an office environment, where customers pre‑arrange appointments and attend according to their scheduled times.
* You'll work independently, delivering high‑quality repairs while creating a warm, reassuring experience for every customer who walks through the door.
* You'll manage stock, keep the basics running smoothly and spot opportunities to boost sales.
* Office locations can be fast‑paced, so you'll need confidence working solo and the ability to stay organised.
* The goal is simple: make your office the go‑to place for quality repairs.
* You will be is an individual contributor opportunity and will report to the area manager.
** What You'll Do
*** Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
* Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful tech advice.
* Online appointment ownership and managing repairs throughout the week
* Stock management
* Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
* Support sales by recommending accessories and solutions.
** What You Need
*** Experience repairing smartphones or tablets for brands like Apple, Samsung or Google.
* Hands-on experience repairing smartphones or tablets for major brands such as Apple, Samsung, or Google.
* Clear, friendly communication skills with the ability to support customers.
* Ability to work independently, using your initiative to diagnose and resolve issues.
