HSQE Advisor
Location:
Nottingham – must be willing to travel across the Midlands.
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum + Company Car.
Are you an experienced HSQE professional within the Renewable Energy Sector? Keen to join a refreshing and innovative organisation to help propel your career further?
Key DutiesAs the HSQE Advisor you will work with operational colleagues across the business on all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality provisions, supporting management in drafting and reviewing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). You will oversee and implement H&S standards, report on issues to ensure HSE is met at sites, and conduct occasional site visits across the UK.
You will work closely with the HSQE team to ensure all sites, including sub‑contractors, adhere to HSQE procedures and policies, while maintaining a positive H&S culture.
Carry out site inspections, incident investigations, and implement changes to improve safety and quality.
The CompanyThis international organisation is a pioneer in the renewable energy sector, providing power solutions through Solar Farms, Battery Storage, and Wind Farms. It offers capabilities from initial development and design, through construction and grid connection, as well as maintenance services.
About YouIdeal candidates have strong background in health and safety on renewable energy sites such as Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Storage (BESS). Candidates must hold H&S qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
PackageUp to £55,000 per annum, Company Car, bonus scheme up to 10%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. All work travel is fully expensed.
