• Preparing precise cost estimates, quotations, and work instructions based on customer drawings and specifications
• Planning manufacturing processes, routings, and material requirements
• Liaising with customers to clarify technical requirements and delivery expectations
• Working with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical data
• Supporting projects through contract review and pre-production manufacturing documentation
• Identifying risks, costs, and process improvements through strong understanding of technical drawings and BOMs

• Proven experience as a Pre Production Engineer or similar manufacturing engineering position
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs
• Competence in preparing quotations, costings, or manufacturing instructions
• Experience working with production, quality, engineering, or sales teams
• A methodical, precise, and structured working style aligned with high-blue technical engineering profiles
• Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers regarding technical detail
