We're working exclusively with a respected, forward‑thinking Building Services contractor in Nottingham who is looking to strengthen their pre‑construction team with an experienced Mechanical Estimator.

As Mechanical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the tender process, working closely with the pre‑construction and delivery teams.

• Preparing detailed mechanical estimates for a range of Building Services projects
• Interpreting drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations
• Producing competitive and technically sound cost proposals
• Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings where required
• Working with internal teams to ensure tenders are aligned with technical and commercial expectations

We're keen to speak with Mechanical Estimators who can bring a mix of technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

• Experience estimating mechanical packages within Building Services / M&E contracting
• Strong understanding of HVAC, public health and associated mechanical systems
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage several tenders at once
• Proficiency with Estimating software and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
