Key Responsibilities Lead and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to a high standard, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements Provide day-to-day support for product and process quality issues across production, meeting operational deadlines Investigate customer returns and non-conformances, delivering root cause analysis and corrective actions Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, supporting audits, MRB activities, and quality reviews Drive continuous improvement, coaching production teams, improving inspection processes, and reducing the cost of poor quality What Theyre Looking For Experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment Strong background in quality control and inspection
