Service Coordinator

Description:A position has arisen for a Service Coordinator, based out of our offices in Nottingham.

• Review engineer job sheets and arrange for return visits where necessary.
• Ensure that any work on equipment returned to HPC for repair is completed in line with time scales agreed with the customer and also returned as agreed
• Liaise with purchasing department to ensure specific spares are available and, where necessary, raise relevant requisitions with purchasing and delivery notes for parts delivery.
• Assist colleagues in covering customer telephone calls as required.
• Assist with service and sales quotations requiring installation or service work
• Assist in ensuring all Equipment Safety inspections and internal calibration is completed.
• Identification of correct spare parts
• Drive effective control of costs as applicable to job role.

• Demonstrable adaptation to changes in working practices and environment
• Great organisational skills and used to working in an industrial engineering environment
• Working knowledge of relevant company IT systems including office, SAP, Sage and Service Manager
• Ideally, have experience and technical knowledge of compressed air equipment.
