Job Summary:

In this role, you will plan and conduct systems engineering work, and will review and prepare information on requirements management, verification and validation, functional analysis, and other key documents. You will prepare estimates, work plans, and assist with performance reporting. Your technical expertise and coordination will ensure outcomes meet client and project requirements. "This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project.

Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. Major Responsibilities:
Plans and conducts independent Systems Engineering work requiring?judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of Systems?techniques, procedures and criteria on a medium size project or assignment in?support of a global business unit? Reviews and prepares Systems Engineering documents relating to?requirements management, verification and validation, functional analysis,?technical trade studies, interface management, reliability, availability,?maintainability, systems integration, and configuration management? Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of?personnel?

Coordinates and facilitates technical discussions on systems designs and?recommends solutions to upper management? Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in?accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget, and supports?implementation and assists with performance reporting? Interprets new or special regulations, codes, standards, criteria, and?performance data? Coordinates with client representatives, as directed, to obtain their approval of?

Systems aspects of the work? Conducts or leads special studies of new Systems Engineering methods,?tools and techniques? Mentors Systems Engineering personnel by providing on-the-job training for?their professional development?…
