• Delivering projects from feasibility to detailed design, tender, construction stages and client handover
• Going on site visits, monitoring on site contractor installations and surveying existing installations
• Working within a close‑knit M&E Design team
• Producing designs, detailed design specifications and drawings for tender
• Development of trainee staff

• Experience of using AutoCAD, Revit, MEPWorx, Trimble (or similar)
• Relevant HNC/D or Degree
• Driving License or willingness to learn
