Are you a Projects Manager from a Civil Engineering or Highways background, looking for a static role within a progressive and sustainable company, with a great work/life balance, where you will be at the heart of project delivery for one of the largest highway designers in the UK?

In this role you will be responsible for the hands-on management of multi-million-pound projects on county highways, road traffic improvements, risk management and negotiations with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the mentoring and management of the Projects Engineer team.

Founded over a decade ago, this company design, construct and maintain highway systems. This ranges from consultations of infrastructure improvement, electrical works and the building of roads. This company is rapidly expanding and need an experienced Project Controller to join the team and streamline these processes.

This role would suit somebody who is a Projects Manager from a civil engineering or highways background, looking to step into a fast-growing company, where you will be a vital and prominent asset to their operations.

The Role:

• Overseeing the delivery of highway improvements
• Hands on management of multi-million-pound highway projects
• Risk and safety management
• 9-5, Monday to Friday, 37 hours
