Building Services Design Engineer

Your new company
A well established local building services consultancy seeks to appoint a Building Services Design Engineer to their team. Established over 50 years ago they have developed strong client relationships including; university's and hospitals in particular. In this they develop exciting projects including helping their clients towards decarbonisation.
Your new role
You will be working as a Building Services Design Engineer, overseeing both the mechanical and electrical aspects. Within in this role your duties will be various including; design calculations, site visits, surveying existing installations, preparing specifications and drawings for tender.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be working in the building services industry as a design engineer either having a background in Mechanical or Electrical or both. In this you will either need to have suitable qualifications such as a HNC or considerable experience.
What you'll get in return
£30,000 - £45,000 (DOE),
