We’re working in partnership with a leading firm in Nottingham that’s expanding its planning team due to a strong pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Planner to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that champions creativity and sustainable design. You’ll play a key role in managing planning applications, providing expert advice, and supporting clients through every stage of the planning process.

• Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals
• Undertake site assessments and provide strategic planning advice
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
• Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes

• RTPI accredited degree and ideally RTPI membership (or working towards)
• 1–3 years’ experience in a planning consultancy or local authority setting
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude
