• Assemble and manufacture electrical switch gear systems in line with detailed schematics.
• Interpret 3‑phase electrical drawings and CAD-generated diagrams with accuracy.
• Ensure each component meets high‑quality standards.
• Maintain and operate a variety of tools and equipment.
• Modify and repair automated electronic systems as needed.
• Support the upkeep of workshop equipment and ensure overall efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues, contribute to meeting production targets while strictly adhering to health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

• 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• JIB/ECS Gold Card
• Proven experience in low‑voltage switch gear manufacturing
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and work from technical and CAD‑based drawings
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with good time management and multitasking ability
