The Role As Subject Leader for Business

Provide vision, leadership and direction for the Business department.

• Teach Business across KS3, GCSE, BTEC Enterprise, and A Level
• Lead curriculum development and extracurricular opportunities
• Inspire students through innovative and engaging teaching
• Support departmental colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Foster a culture of high expectations and achievement

• Full‑time role, commencing September 2026
• Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 MPS/UPR + TLR £5,873
• Teaching Business GCSE, Enterprise BTEC at KS4, and A Level Business at KS5
