Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency based in Stoke‑on‑Trent, is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply basis across Cheshire East and Staffordshire.

• Supervise pre‑planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Keep students focused, engaged and on task
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Complete a brief handover at the end of the day

This role is perfect if you've worked with young people and enjoy leading groups. We welcome applicants with experience in:

• Sports coaching or youth work
• Drama, art or music workshops
• Summer camps or holiday clubs
• Scouts, Guides or Duke of Edinburgh programmes
• Outdoor education or activity instruction
• Any role involving at least 2 months' experience working with young people

A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential - we consider all suitable applicants.

• Up to £500 per week (depending on experience and school requirements)
