The Role As a Primary Tutor, you will:
Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition across the primary curriculum Plan and deliver engaging, structured sessions tailored to individual learning needs Support pupils academic progress while building confidence and positive learning behaviours Adapt teaching approaches to suit a range of abilities and learning styles Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience teaching or tutoring at primary level The ability to plan and deliver engaging, effective sessions Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach A genuine commitment to helping children reach their full potential
