Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour, working on a 1:1 and small group basis to promote positive behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be Team Teach trained and have experience working within a PRU or alternative provision.

An enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.

This PRU in Harrow caters for students who require additional behavioural and emotional support outside of mainstream education. The provision offers a supportive team environment, ongoing training and opportunities for professional development.
