This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a committed individual who is driven to provide meaningful, individualized support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism
• Supporting the delivery of EHCP outcomes and tailored intervention plans
• Encouraging development in communication, social skills, and emotional wellbeing
• Applying structured strategies such as visual supports and sensory-based approaches
• Collaborating closely with class teachers and the SENCO to maintain consistent progress
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and secure classroom environment

• Proven experience supporting children with Autism (school experience desirable)
• Solid knowledge of ASD and practical classroom strategies
• Patient, flexible, and resilient attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
