Outreach Teacher

Pay: £650-£700 per week, depending on experience

Are you a passionate, unqualified teacher, looking for a role that makes a real difference? We are currently working with a SEMH provision in Greater Manchester, seeking an experienced Outreach teacher to join their team.

About the Role
  • Working in the community, delivering engaging sessions tailored to the needs of the pupils with SEMH
  • Create a supportive and structured learning environment to promote emotional regulation and resilience
  • Developing and implement individualised learning plans, alongside the Outreach team
  • Maintain regular communication with teachers and external agencies to monitor progress and development
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not essential for this role, however previous experience delivering sessions is highly desired
  • Strong understanding of SEMH, SEND, and positive behaviour strategies
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and pastoral care
  • Passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential
To Be Eligible You Must
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
  • Be able to provide two professional child-related references
