We’re excited to offer a part‑time/ full‑time Early Years Educator position at our much‑loved nursery in Burnham‑on‑Sea. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted for over 20 years, our setting proudly embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy, placing curiosity, creativity and relationships at the heart of everything we do.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Commit to 3 - 4 days
- Shift pattern would be 8am - 5:15pm
- Experience working with young children
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with warmth, patience and empathy
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inspiring, developmentally appropriate experiences
- Create a safe, nurturing and curiosity‑led environment
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Observe, assess and celebrate children’s progress
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents
