Nottingham College is currently seeking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery, based within the Adams Building set in the Lace Market area of the City. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team.
Are you a Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of the children we care for? We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and education from 6 weeks to 5 years. We recognise what an important role we play in each child’s development. Most of all, we want our children to be happy, confident and secure.

- Creating engaging, fun and informative learning opportunities, helping children make excellent progress and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Experience at keeping high quality records regarding the children’s development.
- To plan appropriately for your key children’s development using the EYFS curriculum.
- Be a good communicator and use this skill to build relationships with children, parents and professionals to deliver thoughtful and creative childcare.
- Contribute to giving children a healthy start in life, equipping them with the support, knowledge and nurturing they need to thrive, whilst leaving a lasting positive impact.
- To continue the learning journey in attending mandatory and new initiative training relevant to the post.
- Be reliable and make a positive contribution to our team.
