, we're working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas who need confident and enthusiastic Supply TAs to support them on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.

Whether you're an experienced TA, an LSA with SEND experience, or a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience - we'd love to hear from you.

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Providing 1:1 or small group intervention support
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
• Supporting children with SEND, where required
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

• Has previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
• Is adaptable and confident walking into new classroom environments
• Builds rapport easily with pupils and staff
• Has a positive, proactive attitude
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
