Primary Teacher

Salary: £34,000.00- £53,000.00 per annum.

Employment Type: Full time, permanent

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with a strong understanding of child development and a commitment to helping young learners thrive?

A forward-thinking educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Primary Teacher, working predominately in Year 3, delivering engaging and high-quality teaching that supports children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years curriculum to support children's development and progress.
  • Assess, record and report on pupils' development, progress and attainment.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching within Early Years or primary education.
  • Good understanding of child development and effective classroom practice.
  • Strong communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive education.
