Care Assistant - Primary School

Location: Nottingham (NG14 area)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary, full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Pay: 95 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)

A welcoming primary school in the Nottingham area is seeking a full-time Care Assistant to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis.

This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs, including personal care and physical support, within a structured and nurturing school environment.

• Provide personal care support where required

• Assist pupils with mobility and physical needs

• Support children with SEND during lessons and throughout the school day

• Promote independence and emotional regulation

• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs

• Comfortable providing personal care

• Calm, patient and professional approach

• Reliable and able to commit full-time

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Care, support work, SEND or school background preferred

• Immediate start

• Full-time, consistent work

• Supportive school environment
