An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) Administrator within the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDTs) in Sustainable/Resilient Chemistry. The UKRI‑EPSRC CDTs in Sustainable and Resilient Chemistry are developed in collaboration with industry and as a partnership of several disciplines including chemistry, engineering, biosciences, computer science and business, the CDT aims to train students in the development of and processes for the chemistry‑using industries.

The role will be based at the GSK Carbon Neutral Building, Jubilee Campus, University of Nottingham. The post is offered on a part‑time (21.75 hours per week), fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2028. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.

About The Team

You will join a dynamic, collaborative and supportive team. The role‑holder will provide a supportive environment for students and staff, enabling the students to successfully complete their PhD, and working to raise the profile of the CDT both within and outside the University. Qualifications

You will be a highly motivated and personable individual, who works well as a member of a multi‑disciplinary team, and uses your own initiative. You will support the CDT Manager and contribute to the general administration of the CDT programme assisting with the timely delivery of tasks and outputs according to strict deadlines.

You would be well‑suited to this role if:
