The REACH Mentoring Scheme
Job DescriptionThe REACH mentoring scheme supports motivated Black individuals with ambitions in law. Through this scheme, mentees have the opportunity to meet and interact with experienced mentors, gain valuable knowledge, and clarify their career aspirations whilst developing skills and insights that can contribute to lifelong success in the legal profession.
Who can apply?- Students in year 12 or 13
- University students
- Graduates
- Career changers
Individuals who currently hold an offer of a training contract are not eligible to apply.
Programme detailsThe programme will run for six months beginning in April 2026. Mentees and mentors will be matched at a launch event at our Birmingham office on 2 April 2026. All expenses to attend the event will be covered. Subject to engagement during the first half of the programme, mentees may be offered a period of paid in-person work experience. Please select your preferred office location when applying.
