Salary: 140.00 tot 252.00, depending on experience

Empowering Learning is delighted to partner with a college in Nottinghamshire, to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated A-level Drama Teacher for a full-time role, starting in January 2026.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to inspire students in Drama across the A-level curriculum.

As part of the teaching team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge learners.
• Support students to achieve their full potential in the performing arts.
• Contribute to the department's development by bringing innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in the wider school community and support extracurricular activities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Drama in a college setting.
• Demonstrate a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student success.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and ready to contribute to a thriving department.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
