We are working with popular Secondary Schools in Tameside who are recruiting Cover Supervisors to join their teams for the #removed# academic year. You must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

• Supervise and manage students during teacher absences, maintaining a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure high standards of classroom behaviour.
• Adapt to a variety of subjects and year groups across the secondary school curriculum.
• Work closely with teaching staff to support the smooth running of the school day.
• Promote an inclusive and respectful atmosphere where students can thrive.

• Strong behaviour management skills in a secondary school setting.
• Flexibility to cover multiple subjects and year groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Availability 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
